OBJECTIVE: In this era of women empowerment the demand of ANM is so high that anybody getting this diploma will be employed immediately. From normal delivery to all types of operations out door care, immunization or any other health program ANM are required.Number of ANM is lowest in Bihar in comparison to any other state of the country. Govt. of Bihar has not been able to fill up the vacancies of nursing staff because of non-availability of trained ANM.
