Subhwanti Institute of Education (SIE), B.Ed College, Siwan is established under the ague Subhwanti Sudama Rai Foundation to provide B.Ed. training in Siwan to the entire aspiring student who want to make their career as teacher.

SIE is Recognised by National Council of Teacher Education (N.C.T.E.)., Bhubneshwar and Affiliated to J.P. University, Chapra

The college would conform to the norms set by National Council for Teachers Education in every aspect. The medium of instruction would be primarily Hindi/English. The college would also provide basic personality development course to the trainees and give them enough exposure.
